Invesco Actively Managed Exchange-Traded Fund Trust – Invesco QQQ Hedged Advantage ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks capital appreciation through a U.S. large-cap equity and options-overlay strategy. The fund primarily invests in U.S. equity securities intended to substantially replicate the performance of the Nasdaq-100 Index, providing exposure to large nonfinancial companies listed on Nasdaq, and employs an actively managed options program designed to partially hedge downside exposure and reduce volatility during equity-market declines. Its principal investment activities include holdings of Nasdaq-100-related U.S. equities; purchases and sales of call and put options on the Nasdaq-100 Index or exchange-traded funds tracking the index; put-spread strategies; covered-call strategies; put-spread collar strategies; and laddered hedge positions, generally across multiple 12-month hedge periods. The fund sells laddered short-term Nasdaq-100 call options to help offset hedging costs, while accepting a limitation on a portion of potential upside participation. It targets investors seeking equity-market growth exposure with systematic downside-risk management relative to a conventional long-only Nasdaq-100 portfolio. The fund is sponsored and managed by Invesco and operates in the United States, with shares trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker QQHG. The fund was launched and began trading on May 7, 2025, as one of three active ETFs introduced by Invesco to expand its active ETF capabilities, alongside the Invesco Comstock Contrarian Equity ETF and Invesco Managed Futures Strategy ETF. As a series of the Invesco Actively Managed Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, QQHG represents Invesco’s strategic expansion of option-based and active ETF offerings, combining Nasdaq-100 equity exposure with an in-house actively managed downside-hedging solution. The fund’s management fee and total annual operating expenses are 0.45% of average daily net assets.
