Corgi Growth & Technology 15% Structured Buffer ETF – June Series is a U.S.-domiciled, actively managed defined-outcome exchange-traded fund sponsored by Corgi Strategies, LLC, operating within the Corgi ETF Trust I platform. Trading under the ticker QQJN, the fund seeks to deliver the price return of the Invesco QQQ Trust, subject to a predetermined upside cap, while seeking to buffer the first 15% of losses in QQQ over each annual outcome period. The fund is designed for investors seeking targeted exposure to large-cap growth and technology-oriented companies represented by QQQ, combined with an options-based downside-cushioning strategy. QQJN principally invests in customized exchange-traded FLEX Options linked to QQQ, including purchased call options, written call options, purchased put options, and written put options, as well as cash, cash equivalents and U.S. Treasury-related instruments. It does not directly hold constituent equities of QQQ. The options portfolio is structured to provide participation in positive QQQ price returns up to a cap, while absorbing the first 15% of QQQ price declines during the applicable outcome period; losses exceeding the buffer are generally borne by shareholders. The fund’s stated buffer and cap are intended to apply only to investors holding shares for the entirety of an outcome period, and investors purchasing or selling shares during an outcome period may experience different remaining buffer protection and upside potential. QQJN charges a 0.30% expense ratio. The June Series resets annually, with its current outcome period running from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. For the current period, QQJN has established an upside cap of 18.51% before fund fees and expenses and a 15.00% downside buffer. The fund’s principal investment offering is therefore a structured exposure to the Nasdaq-100-oriented growth and technology market through QQQ, incorporating annual cap resets, annual downside-buffer resets and FLEX Options-based portfolio construction. QQJN was formed and commenced operations on June 1, 2026. Its recent major development is its launch as part of Corgi’s June-series expansion of structured buffer ETFs, which broadens the sponsor’s defined-outcome product lineup across U.S. equities, growth and technology, international developed equities, emerging markets and small-cap equity exposures. Corgi Invest, founded in 2025, markets a wider ETF suite comprising thematic, leveraged, structured buffer and fixed-income ETFs, targeting individual and institutional investors seeking transparent, exchange-traded access to targeted market themes and options-based investment strategies.
