Investment Managers Series Trust II – Tradr 2X Long Innovation 100 Quarterly ETF is a U.S. exchange-traded fund series, traded on Nasdaq under the ticker QQQP, that seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to two times the calendar-quarter performance of the Invesco QQQ TrustSM. The Fund is managed by Tradr ETFs and uses derivatives, including swap agreements, together with holdings in the Invesco QQQ Trust, cash and cash-equivalent instruments, to obtain leveraged exposure to the performance of the Nasdaq-100-oriented QQQ portfolio over each full calendar quarter. It is designed for investors seeking tactical, calendar-quarter leveraged exposure to large-capitalization growth, technology, consumer discretionary, communications, health care and other innovation-oriented companies represented in the Invesco QQQ Trust; the Fund resets its exposure on a calendar-quarter basis and does not seek to deliver two times QQQ’s performance over periods shorter or longer than a full calendar quarter. Investment Managers Series Trust II is an open-end management investment company and the Fund is organized as a series of the Trust, with the Trust’s principal office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. QQQP commenced operations on September 30, 2024. Recent developments include the reduction of the Fund’s management fee to 0.95% from 1.00%, effective February 1, 2026, and Tradr ETFs’ continued expansion of its leveraged ETF platform through launches and registration activity for additional single-stock, sector and thematic leveraged funds.
