Business
Tradr 2X Long Triple Q Weekly ETF (QQQW) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks calendar week investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to two times (200%) the calendar week performance of the Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ). The fund achieves this leveraged exposure through swap agreements with major global financial institutions; it rebalances holdings weekly to maintain the 200% target, with early rebalancing triggered if QQQ declines by 35% or more during the week to mitigate losses. Remaining cash collateral is invested in US government securities, money market funds, short-term bond ETFs, or high-quality corporate debt; the net expense ratio stands at 1.30%, and the fund targets sophisticated investors and professional traders with high-risk tolerance and short-term horizons. Launched on September 3, 2024, and listed on Nasdaq, QQQW operates within the large-cap equity segment, providing leveraged access to QQQ's portfolio of 100 of the largest non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, including U.S. and international issuers. The fund, issued by Tradr ETFs (also referred to as AXS Investments in some disclosures), emphasizes short-term tactical trading rather than long-term holding due to compounding and leverage risks that amplify volatility and potential divergence from the benchmark over periods beyond a single calendar week. It has no reported subsidiaries or parent relationships in public filings. In a major operational change announced in early 2025, QQQW initiated delisting proceedings, with February 21, 2025, designated as the last day of trading and full liquidation completed by February 28, 2025. This closure reflects Tradr ETFs' strategic shift amid product lifecycle management, as the fund managed approximately $1.51 million in assets under management prior to delisting. No recent partnerships, funding rounds, acquisitions, or new product launches specific to QQQW were identified in the last 1-2 years; however, Tradr ETFs continued expanding its broader lineup with new single-stock leveraged ETFs targeting growth stocks in AI infrastructure, eVTOLs, and other sectors in 2025.
