Invesco S&P 500 Enhanced Value ETF (QVMT) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500 Enhanced Value Index. The fund, issued by Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II and managed by Invesco Capital Management LLC, invests at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks comprising the index, focusing on approximately 100 securities from the S&P 500 selected and weighted by their value scores derived from fundamental ratios such as book value-to-price, earnings-to-price, and sales-to-price. It provides investors with targeted exposure to large-cap U.S. value stocks across diversified sectors, including financial services, energy, healthcare, consumer cyclical, and communication services; the fund is reconstituted and rebalanced semi-annually on the third Fridays of June and December. Launched on October 9, 2015, and domiciled in the United States, the ETF operates primarily in U.S. public equity markets, targeting institutional and retail investors seeking enhanced value strategies within the S&P 500 universe. In a major strategic update effective February 23, 2026, the fund underwent a name change from Invesco S&P 500 Concentrated QVM ETF, a ticker symbol change from SPVU to QVMT, and a shift in its underlying index from the S&P 500 Enhanced Value Index to the S&P 500 Quality, Value & Momentum Multi-factor Index, along with corresponding updates to its investment objective and principal strategies to incorporate quality, value, and momentum factors. This reorganization reflects Invesco's broader efforts in 2025 to optimize its ETF lineup amid growing assets under management reaching $2.17 trillion, including divestitures of non-core assets and new partnerships with firms such as Barings, LGT Capital, and CI Investments. The ETF trades on NYSE Arca, with shares created and redeemed in large blocks known as Creation Units.
