Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Noida, India, RateGain serves over 3,200 customers and 700+ partners across 100+ countries, including key markets in India, North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and internationally, with target customers spanning hospitality chains, airlines, OTAs, car rentals, cruises, and destination marketing organizations. In recent developments, RateGain completed the acquisition of U.S.-based Sojern, Inc., a provider of AI-powered travel marketing solutions, for $250 million in November 2025 through its wholly owned subsidiary RateGain Merger Sub, Inc., enhancing its demand-generation capabilities and positioning it as a top global travel technology provider by revenue and customer reach serving 13,000+ hospitality and travel brands. The company renewed its partnership with Singapore Airlines for four years in November 2025, building on a seven-year collaboration; formed strategic integrations such as with Arpón's UNO Channel Manager and HotelIQ's Navigator in November 2025; and underwent a rebranding with a new logo in November 2025 to emphasize its identity as an AI-first, connected travel technology leader.
