Business
Raymond Lifestyle Limited operates as a consumer-facing division of the Raymond Group, primarily engaged in branded apparel and lifestyle products. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of premium finished products including suiting fabrics such as wool, polyester, linen, and blends; shirting fabrics including cotton and linen with trend-driven designs; ready-to-wear garments under brands like Raymond Ready To Wear, Park Avenue, ColorPlus, Parx, and Ethnix; premium ethnic wear for weddings and special occasions; and personal grooming products including deodorants, perfumes, and shaving kits. It also provides tailored services through Raymond Made To Measure, which enables customers to customize fabrics, cuts, collars, and fits. Raymond Lifestyle's retail operations span India and international markets. Founded in 1925 and headquartered in Mumbai, Raymond Lifestyle Limited was separately listed in September 2024 following a strategic demerger from the Raymond Group, which segmented into three independent publicly listed entities covering lifestyle, realty, and engineering businesses. The company recently streamlined its portfolio by divesting its FMCG business, including the Park Avenue brand, to Godrej Consumer Products Limited, aiming to focus on core apparel and lifestyle activities. Recent major changes include management restructuring with the appointment of Rakesh Tiwary as Group Chief Financial Officer and Amit Agarwal as President of the Chairman's Office in December 2025. The company also entered into a strategic partnership with Unicommerce to unify and enhance its digital retail operations. These initiatives reflect Raymond Lifestyle’s ongoing transformation towards strengthening its fashion and digital capabilities while maintaining its leadership in the premium suiting fabric and branded apparel sectors across domestic and global markets. The company continues to focus on growth through innovation in product offerings, retail expansion, and enhanced customer experience.
