RBM Infracon Limited is an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company specializing in construction, maintenance, turnaround, and manpower services for oil and gas refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizers, gas cracker plants, coal/gas/WHR-based power plants, chemicals, cement, sugar plants, paper plants, irrigation, and allied industrial sectors. The company offers a comprehensive range of services including piping fabrication and erection (CS/SS/alloy steel, above ground and underground), structural steel work and plate fabrication, tankage and sphere operations (EPC basis), civil construction and industrial foundations, coke plant maintenance and logistics, blasting cleaning and painting, insulation and refractory work, boiler and heat exchanger maintenance, vessel handling and fin fan systems, workshop and rail wagon management (including tipplers and conveying systems), electrical and instrumentation services, catalyst loading/unloading in reactors, ONGC drilling and workover operations, procurement and commissioning, and mechanical manpower hiring. Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India, with a registered office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, RBM Infracon operates primarily in India while serving international clients such as Reliance Industries Limited, Nayara Energy Limited, Afcons Infrastructure Ltd., YARA Fertilizers, TATA Projects, and L&T, across domestic and overseas projects in sectors like oil & gas, infrastructure, and green energy. Recent developments include securing a major Production Enhancement Contract with ONGC for the Nandej Oil and Gas Field in 2024, valued at INR 3,498 crore over 15 years (INR 3,371 crore for crude and INR 127 crore for gas), with milestones achieved such as increasing flowing wells from 33 to 51 by November 2025 and completing the first workover operation ahead of schedule; winning a INR 957.61 crore EPC contract from Epitome Industries for a greenfield agro-processing and industrial infrastructure facility (Phase I on track for March 2025 completion); receiving a INR 320.68 crore order from IOCL Gujarat Refinery in October 2025 for six-month execution; launching a renewable energy subsidiary; and signing a memorandum of understanding with Greenzo Energy in 2024 to establish 15 MW green hydrogen projects in Gujarat (Jamnagar, Kutch, and Bhuj), alongside an order book closing FY25 at INR 4,704 crore, up 240% year-over-year.
