Rudrabhishek Enterprises Limited (REPL) is an integrated urban development and infrastructure consultancy firm established in 1992 and headquartered in New Delhi, India. The company provides end-to-end consultancy services in infrastructure, environment, urban design, urban housing planning, GIS, BIM, project management, civil, mechanical, and electrical construction management, and turnkey project execution. REPL's core products and services include viability analysis; infrastructure services; urban planning and GIS; building and area design; BIM consultancy; structural and services design (MEP); project management consultancy (PMC); real estate marketing and strategic advisory; and execution of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts. It undertakes projects ranging from greenfield and brownfield developments to the creation of integrated hi-tech townships, smart cities, IT parks, and special economic zones, serving both private and government sectors within India and internationally. Rudrabhishek Enterprises has recently made significant strategic moves to enhance growth and diversification. It has formed two subsidiaries: Rudrabhishek Geo Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (RGEPL) through a partnership with GEO Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. to expand its presence in North India and beyond, and Rudrabhishek Architects and Designers Pvt. Ltd. (RAD), which has secured large project management consultancy and EPC contracts, particularly in South India. The company has gained SEBI approval for launching a Small and Medium Real Estate Investment Trust (SM REIT) named ImpactR SM REIT, aiming to offer IPO opportunities and broaden its real estate asset classes to include warehousing, hospitals, hotels, and industrial spaces, reflecting a strategic shift towards diversifying its asset portfolio. Operating primarily in the civil engineering and urban infrastructure sectors, REPL serves a diverse clientele including government bodies, private developers, and infrastructure companies.
