Laboratorios Richmond S.A.C.I.F. (RICH.BA) develops and manufactures pharmaceutical products including generics, biosimilars, and licensed technologies; its core portfolio encompasses antiretroviral treatments for HIV, oncology and oncohematology drugs, cardiometabolic therapies such as antihypertensives (Losartan/Tacardia, Telmisartan/Telcardia), hypolipidemics (Atorvastatin/Vastina), diuretics, antiplatelet agents and hypoglycemics, neurological and psychiatric medications including analgesics, antipsychotics, antidepressants, anti-dementia drugs, antiepileptics, hypnotics and multiple sclerosis treatments, as well as ophthalmological solutions like Ganciclovir and innovative fixed-dose combinations in user-friendly packaging. Founded in 1935 and headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with manufacturing facilities in Pilar, Argentina, and Bogotá, Colombia, plus commercial operations in Chile, Paraguay, Mexico and Uruguay, the company serves physicians, pharmacists, health institutions and patients across 25 countries in Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. In July 2024, Laboratorios Richmond launched Yriviak, its bevacizumab similar biological for neovascular age-related macular degeneration, marking its second such product and first in ophthalmology following ANMAT approval in November 2023; the company also secured approval for adalimumab similar biological Armixa in December 2023, with launch planned soon after, while continuing technology transfers and regional expansions including a new entity in Uruguay.
