Operating across Indonesia through its various entities, PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk, recognized as Tanrise Property, serves as a prominent real estate development and management firm. Its operations are segmented into Real Estate, Hospitality, and Corporate Office divisions. The company's diverse portfolio includes the creation of residential communities, contemporary apartment buildings, condotels, and various office spaces. Additionally, it delivers commercial hubs, hotel establishments, and logistical facilities such as industrial estates, warehouses, and retail outlets. Beyond development, it offers property leasing, hotel operation, and business advisory services. The firm has recently expanded its reach with major initiatives, notably the comprehensive development of the Taman Dayu resort and golf complex, the launch of integrated townships known as TANRISE CITY in Sidoarjo and Bandung, and cutting-edge industrial parks in Banjarbaru, Kalimantan. It also contributes to the development of land within the new national capital, IKN Nusantara.
