Business
Red Metal Resources Ltd. is an exploration company dedicated to identifying and developing mineral properties across Chile and Canada. The company primarily targets deposits containing copper, gold, cobalt, and silver, alongside its expanding portfolio of natural hydrogen assets. Its flagship Carrizal Property, situated in Chile's prolific Candelaria iron oxide copper-gold belt, encompasses the Farellón project, consisting of eight mining concessions covering approximately 1,234 hectares within the historic Carrizal Alto mining district. Additionally, the company holds the Perth project, comprising thirteen mining concessions across 2,044 hectares in Northern Chile, and the Mateo project, with five mineral concessions spanning 182 hectares. In a recent strategic expansion, Red Metal Resources has acquired extensive land packages in Quebec and Ontario, Canada, totaling over 4,546 hectares, positioning itself in emerging natural hydrogen prospective regions adjacent to significant discoveries. The company, initially incorporated in 2005 and known as Red Lake Exploration, Inc. before adopting its current name in August 2008, maintains its corporate headquarters in Vancouver, Canada. Recent activities include planned and commenced mapping and sampling programs on its Carrizal IOCG property, yielding high-grade copper samples, and a share consolidation in May 2024 to enhance marketability. Leadership changes in August 2024 saw Caitlin Jeffs appointed as CEO, further strengthening the management team.
