Business
Rolex Rings Limited manufactures forged and machined bearing rings and automotive components in India. The company produces hot rolled, forged, and machined bearing rings; transmission components including gear blanks, ring gears, sun and pinion gears, shafts, and lock nuts; engine components such as pulleys and cam lobes; chassis components like wheel hubs, Gen2 and Gen3 bearing components, output shafts, and CVJ components; as well as parts for industrial machinery, wind turbines, railways, aerospace, defense, and energy sectors. Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Rajkot, Gujarat, Rolex Rings operates primarily from facilities in Kotharia and serves domestic and international customers, including top bearing manufacturers and tier-I suppliers to auto OEMs in Europe and India. In recent developments, the company secures new program wins in Europe and India, expands infrastructure to support higher capacity utilization from current levels of 62-64%, and grows its export share to premium international clients while advancing operational automation and efficiency measures. Rolex Rings also anticipates incremental business from customer expansions, particularly in bearings, and focuses on higher-margin auto components amid stable revenue growth.
