In July 2025, RBC Bearings completed the acquisition of VACCO Industries from ESCO Technologies for $275 million to expand its aerospace and defense offerings with valves, manifolds, regulators, filters and precision components for space and naval defense channels. The company previously acquired Specline, Inc. in 2023 for precision bearings in commercial and defense aerospace markets and ABB's DODGE mechanical power transmission business in 2021.
