Recent developments include the closing of $3.6 million in funding in July 2025 to support the transition to commercial operations at the Empower Calgary Facility and future site development; a $14.0 million royalty transaction in 2024 with CVW CleanTech comprising a five-year 10.0% second secured convertible debenture; and in June 2025, receipt of a non-binding letter of interest from Export Development Canada for up to C$12.5 million in project financing for its first planned U.S. shingle reprocessing facility, with potential support for three additional U.S. sites, supported by existing liquid asphalt off-take agreements with TAMKO Building Products LLC.
