Business
Rotshtein Realestate Ltd (ROTS.TA) is an Israel-based holding company that initiates, develops, executes, markets, and sells large-scale residential construction projects; leases commercial, employment, and storage areas through its real estate investment segment; and provides management fees and executive services. The company operates primarily in Israel, including urban renewal initiatives such as evacuation-redevelopment and TAMA 38/2 projects via its dedicated Rotshtein Urban Renewal division, alongside complex engineering jobs, government projects, and public works. Founded in 1961 and headquartered at 49 HaSivim Street, Petach Tikva, it functions as a subsidiary of Avnei Shoham Development Ltd and was formerly known as D. Rothstein Company until renaming in February 2013. Recent developments include signing a letter of intent in November 2025 with Amazon Web Services to lease a 42-dunam plot near Netanya for data center construction at NIS 15 million annually for five years, following its 2020 acquisition of 60% of the site for NIS 116 million; and completing the sale of a 53.3% stake in Nahalat Asher LP to an undisclosed buyer for ILS 1 million in September 2025. Ongoing projects encompass luxury residential towers like Blue & The City in Bat Yam, Rotshtein Valley in Tirat Carmel, and commercial centers such as Rotshtein HaYeruka in Be'er Ya'akov, targeting diverse markets from premium apartments to yielding assets.
