Infra Projects Limited (RPPINFRA.NS) is an integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company engaged in infrastructure development across multiple verticals including highways, roads, bridges, buildings, industrial structures, power projects, irrigation, water management, and waste management projects; it undertakes civil construction works such as irrigation and water supply systems, national highways, rural roads, mass housing and townships, hotels, hospitals, medical colleges, educational infrastructure, smart cities, elevated corridors, structural work for power and coal/ash handling plants, power plant substations, storm water drainage, elevated service reservoirs, canals, solar projects, and infrastructure consultancy services; the company also operates as a non-deposit taking non-banking financial company, distributor, agent, trader, merchant, contractor, broker, and dealer in merchandise including clearing, freight forwarding, and licensing services, with real estate development activities. Founded in 1988 as RPP Builders and incorporated as a private limited company in 1995 before converting to a public limited company, R.P.P. Infra Projects Limited maintains its headquarters in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India, with registered office at S F No. 454, Raghupathynaicken Palayam, Railway Colony Post, Erode, and operates primarily in South India including Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh, extending to Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and internationally in Sri Lanka and Mauritius. The company, promoted by R.P. Arulsundaram and supported by a team of engineers, managers, and environmental experts, has executed over 150 to 200 civil construction projects for clients such as BHEL, MRPL, Chemplast, Thermax, and Siemens, emphasizing BIS standards, eco-friendly practices, and an asset-light model through joint ventures and equipment rentals for efficient mobilization. In recent developments, R.P.P. Infra Projects Limited secured multiple new infrastructure contracts worth ₹693.6 million including widening of SH-50 Thirumazhisai–Uthukottai road for ₹69.36 crore with a 12-month execution period as of November 2025, alongside earlier orders such as ₹35.6 crore for water conveyance and supply systems in 2024, contributing to a substantial order backlog exceeding ₹3,500 crore; the company also experienced board changes with the resignation of independent directors Mr. Sundararajan and Mr. Nagadipudur Ramasamy Thangavel in November 2025.
