It caters to domestic and international markets with a broad product portfolio including sustainable and value-added yarns such as recycled polyester and viscose blends. In recent major developments, RSWM has strengthened its manufacturing capabilities and market presence through the strategic acquisition of the spinning, knitting, and processing undertakings from Ginni Filaments Limited in early 2024. This acquisition has expanded its capacity significantly, making RSWM one of the largest yarn and knitted fabric producers in India. Additionally, in 2025, the company entered into a partnership with Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. for the supply of 60 MW of renewable energy, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and operational efficiency.
