Ravinder Heights Limited (RVHL.BO) engages in real estate development and investment activities in India, focusing on the acquisition, construction and development of townships, built-up infrastructure, housing, commercial premises, hotels, resorts, hospitals, educational institutions, recreational facilities and city and regional level infrastructure; the company also rents its properties. Incorporated on April 15, 2019, with registered office at SCO No. 71, First Floor, Royal Estate Complex, Zirakpur, Punjab 140603, and headquartered in New Delhi, it operates primarily in the northern India region, including ownership of 108.71 acres of land in Harsaru village, Gurgaon, Haryana, alongside 35.56 bighas of agricultural land in Naugaon village, Rajasthan, through its wholly owned subsidiaries. These subsidiaries, numbering six and engaged in real estate, construction and farming businesses, include entities such as Radicura Infra Limited, Cabana Construction Private Limited and Nirmala Buildwell Private Limited. In recent developments, subsidiaries Radicura Infra Limited, Cabana Construction Private Limited, Nirmala Buildwell Private Limited and step-down subsidiary Sunanda Infra Limited entered into a collaboration agreement with Bestech India Private Limited for developing an affordable plotted colony project under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna on land in Sector 89A, Gurgaon, from the Directorate of Town and Country Planning, Haryana; the company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 39.87 crore in the September 2025 quarter, marking a turnaround from prior losses, amid consolidated net sales of Rs 55.01 crore, up significantly year-over-year. Originally established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Panacea Biotec Limited, it has since ceased that relationship.
