The company also rents its properties and operates primarily in the residential and commercial real estate segments, targeting affordable housing and plotted colony projects. Incorporated on April 15, 2019, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Panacea Biotec Limited, Ravinder Heights is headquartered in New Delhi, with its registered office in Zirakpur, Punjab. The company's subsidiaries include Radhika Heights Ltd, Radicura Infra Ltd, Sunanda Infra Ltd, Cabana Construction Pvt. Ltd., and Nirmala Buildwell Pvt. Ltd., which support its development activities across India. Its operations focus on the Indian market, particularly in regions like Haryana and Gurgaon, where it pursues township and infrastructure projects. In recent developments, subsidiaries Radhika Heights Limited, along with Radicura Infra Limited, Cabana Construction Private Limited, Nirmala Buildwell Private Limited, and Sunanda Infra Limited, entered into a collaboration agreement with Bestech India Private Limited for an affordable plotted colony project in Sector 89A, Gurgaon, under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna. In October 2025, these subsidiaries, in partnership with Bestech Group, secured RERA licenses for two affordable residential plotted colony projects—Bestech City 1 (39.43 acres) and Bestech City 2 (12.38 acres)—in Gurugram, Haryana, marking a key milestone following prior approvals from the Haryana Town and Country Planning department. Additionally, the company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 39.87 crore in the September 2025 quarter, reflecting improved financial performance amid these project advancements.
