Invesco S&P MidCap 400 Revenue ETF (RWK) is an exchange-traded fund that tracks the S&P MidCap 400 Revenue-Weighted Index by investing at least 90% of its total assets in securities of mid-capitalization companies within the index. The index re-weights constituents of the S&P MidCap 400 Index based on company revenue, capping individual weights at 5%, with quarterly rebalancing; key holdings as of mid-2025 include Performance Food Group Co. (2.80%), TD SYNNEX Corp. (2.76%), Albertsons Cos Inc. (2.70%), American Airlines Group Inc. (2.59%), and US Foods Holding Corp. (1.54%). Sector allocations emphasize industrials (22.66%), consumer discretionary (20.50%), financials (13.49%), and consumer staples (11.55%), targeting U.S. mid-cap value stocks primarily in domestic markets. Launched on February 20, 2008, and domiciled in the United States as part of Invesco Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II, the fund maintains a net expense ratio of 0.39% and total net assets of approximately $836 million. The fund underwent a reorganization on May 24, 2019, incorporating performance from its Oppenheimer predecessor fund, and continues quarterly distributions, including $0.46701 per share in June 2025 and $0.38000 in March 2025.
