SEI Enhanced U.S. Large Cap Momentum Factor ETF (SEIM) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in U.S. common stocks and equity-related securities of large-cap companies exhibiting strong recent momentum performance. Launched on May 18, 2022, and listed on the Cboe BZX Exchange, SEIM employs a quantitative model and rules-based screening process to select securities based on share price performance over various periods, earnings trends, profitability, unanticipated financial results, and analyst outlook changes; the portfolio optimization process emphasizes primary exposure to superior momentum while managing secondary factors such as value, quality, and low volatility, in compliance with investment restrictions. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities including convertible bonds, convertible preferred stock, depositary receipts, warrants, and rights issued by large U.S. companies, with top holdings typically featuring leading firms like NVIDIA Corp, Meta Platforms Inc, Microsoft Corp, and Amphenol Corp. SEI Investments Management Corporation (SIMC), a wholly owned subsidiary of SEI Investments Company headquartered in Oaks, Pennsylvania, serves as the investment adviser, while SEI Investments Distribution Co. (SIDCO), another SEI subsidiary, handles distribution. The fund targets institutional and retail investors seeking momentum-driven equity exposure within the large-cap U.S. market segment. In recent developments, SEI Investments has aggressively expanded its ETF lineup, launching three active equity ETFs in October 2024—SEI Select Small Cap ETF (SEIS), SEI Select International Equity ETF (SEIE), and SEI Select Emerging Markets Equity ETF (SEEM)—to provide comprehensive core equity solutions; introduced the Symmetry Panoramic Sector Momentum ETF (SMOM) in September 2025 via partnership with Symmetry Partners; debuted SEI Strategies with Capital Group model portfolios in March 2025 featuring Capital Group's active ETFs; and converted its multi-strategy liquid alternatives mutual fund to the SEI DBi Multi-Strategy Alternative ETF (QALT) in late 2025, alongside completing the first phase of acquiring an 81% stake in Stratos Wealth Holdings' U.S. business for $441 million in December 2025.
