Singer Thailand Public Company Limited is primarily engaged in the distribution of household electrical appliances, commercial appliances, and consumer products under the Singer brand and other trademarks. The company’s main product portfolio includes sewing machines, kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, refrigerators, gas stoves, washing machines, televisions, audio equipment, fans, shower heaters, air conditioners, small electrical appliances such as oil-free fryers and coffee makers, and hair styling tools. It also distributes commercial products like beverage coolers, food freezers, wine cellars, automatic coffee machines, security cameras, snow machines, soft serve ice cream machines, drinking water vending machines, petrol vending machines, mobile phone airtime vending machines, and agricultural tools and equipment. Singer Thailand sells products under its own brand as well as other major brands including mobile phones and accessories like iPhones, Samsung, Oppo, Huawei, and Vivo. The company operates through three business segments: trade sales, hire purchase and loans, and service and others. Founded in 1946 and headquartered in Bangkok, Singer Thailand operates extensively across Thailand with nearly 200 branches and more than 3,000 franchise stores nationwide. It actively expands its commercial product customer base to small entrepreneurs such as grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, dormitories and apartments by providing specialized vending machines, freezers, and other commercial appliances. Direct sales are conducted mostly through an extensive salesperson network complemented by telephone sales and electronic and wholesale channels. The company also places importance on after-sales service and product training for staff to improve customer support. Recent strategic developments include a share acquisition by Adisak Sukumvitaya, who acquired a 23.75% stake in the company, indicating shareholder restructuring. Additionally, the company maintains strategic partnerships with hardware manufacturers and intends to expand its product range in commercial appliances and small household electrical appliances to enhance competitiveness and support future business growth. Singer Thailand continues to leverage synergy from new shareholders and expand its sales force and franchise network to increase market penetration and product availability.
