Sirakorn Public Company Limited (SK.BK) manufactures and distributes prestressed concrete products and provides related construction services in Thailand. The company produces prestressed concrete poles to PEA standards, prestressed concrete cross-arms, P.C. beams, prestressed concrete stubs, prestressed concrete piles, bridge girders, and other related concrete products; it also offers construction services including high-voltage transmission lines at 115 kV, distribution lines at 22 kV and 33 kV, civil works for electrical substations, and general civil construction projects such as buildings, dams, concrete bridges, and retaining walls. Operations span multiple plants across Thailand to serve public and private sector customers in the utility and infrastructure sectors, with subsidiaries 4A Concrete Co., Ltd. for concrete manufacturing and distribution and SK Power Construction Co., Ltd. for construction contracts. Founded in 1989 and headquartered at 53/35 Village No. 8, Bangkrang Sub-district, Muang Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi 11000, Thailand, the company maintains a workforce of approximately 469 to 525 employees and focuses on engineering-driven quality in the building materials industry. In recent developments, Sirakorn announced the retirement of two directors, Mr. Jin Tangnukulkit and Mr. Thawatchai Srisurayotin, effective at the end of their term in 2025, with proposals for replacements and a dividend payout from the 2024 operating period scheduled for May 23, 2025.
