Business
Solaer Renewable Energies Ltd engages in the initiation, development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects, primarily ground-based photovoltaic systems combined with energy storage; rooftop solar systems; wind turbines; energy management and storage services; and water desalination facilities. The company operates approximately 120 MW of connected capacity, including the 50 MW Alizarsun solar power plant in northern Spain and over 170 rooftop systems across Israel, while advancing a 2 GW development pipeline and 1,784 MW in construction or preconstruction stages. It conducts business in Israel, Spain, Italy, Poland, and Chile through subsidiaries such as Resolar, targeting commercial, industrial, agricultural, and infrastructure customers seeking sustainable energy solutions. Founded in 2008 as Solaer Israel and restructured in 2020 with Solaer Renewable Energies listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (SOLR.TA) in 2021, the company maintains headquarters at 27 Eli Horvitz Street in Rehovot, Israel. Recent developments include the June 2025 sale of a 100 MW solar PV portfolio in Spain to InfraRed Capital Partners for approximately €90 million to recycle capital into new European projects; receipt of ILS 11 million in funding from Noked Capital in November 2025; and ongoing advancement of the Enapac desalination project in Chile, poised to produce 50 million cubic meters of water annually.
