Its main products include solar panels; battery storage systems; smart energy control units; electrical vehicle charging points and mobile charging solutions for mining and electric boats; installation and maintenance services for solar energy systems; and roofing and façade services supporting solar installations. Recent major changes include a strategic acquisition of Sesol Group AB, a leading Swedish consumer solar energy company, completed in mid-2025, which expanded SolTech’s consumer and agricultural market presence and combined 20 operating subsidiaries under its group. This acquisition was supported by Nordic Capital becoming the largest shareholder with approximately 30% ownership, following a SEK 335 million rights issue to accelerate growth, profitability, and further acquisitions. SolTech also made bolt-on acquisitions such as Trönninge Elektriska AB to strengthen its electrical engineering capabilities regionally. New product launches include the SolTech Home concept introduced in late 2024, offering an integrated platform for optimizing solar production, energy use, and storage tailored for private individuals and farmers with AI-based efficiency enhancements. The company has also completed large-scale battery park projects, including a 42 MWh facility for Hylte Paper as part of a long-term energy collaboration providing smart control, high-voltage equipment, and operation services.
