- Leverage Shares 2X Short SPCX Daily ETF is a U.S.-listed actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks daily inverse leveraged investment results, before fees and expenses, of -200% of the daily percentage change in the publicly traded common stock of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq: SPCX). The Fund provides sophisticated investors and active traders with a regulated, exchange-traded vehicle for obtaining short-term bearish exposure to a single equity without direct short selling or margin borrowing. Its principal investment strategy consists of investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in SPCX shares and financial instruments, including swap agreements, with economic characteristics designed in combination to provide -2x daily exposure to the underlying security; cash and cash-equivalent instruments; and collateral and other ancillary holdings. The Fund rebalances daily and does not seek to provide its stated inverse multiple for periods longer than one trading day; returns over longer holding periods may differ materially from -200% of the underlying security’s cumulative return because of daily compounding, volatility and rebalancing. SSPC is sponsored within the Leverage Shares/ Themes ETF Trust product platform, trades on Cboe BZX Exchange under ticker SSPC, and carries a 0.75% total expense ratio. The Fund was launched and listed on June 15, 2026, representing a recent expansion of Leverage Shares’ U.S. single-stock daily leveraged ETF range to provide a -2x inverse product tied to SpaceX common stock.
