Business
Sanatana Resources Inc. Sanatana Resources Inc. (TSXV:STA) is a Canada-based exploration-stage mineral company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold and copper properties; its primary assets include the Gold Rush project in the Timmins gold camp of Ontario, the Oweegee Dome project in British Columbia's Golden Triangle, the Empress and Santoy properties in Ontario, the Fortune project encompassing the Enid property in Timmins, and the Tirua and Sutakiki copper-gold projects in the Solomon Islands; the company also holds a 1 percent net smelter return royalty on the Watershed property surrounding IAMGOLD’s Cote gold deposit in Ontario. Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and founded in 2004, Sanatana Resources operates primarily in Canada with additional interests in the Pacific Ring of Fire region, targeting high-potential greenstone belts and plutonic complexes for junior mining investors and institutional stakeholders. In 2025, the company completed the acquisition of the 5,510-acre Gold Strike One project and the 13,882-acre Abitibi property in Quebec from the Florin Group, secured conditional TSX Venture Exchange approval for these transactions alongside concurrent private placements raising up to $5.28 million, commenced an initial exploration program on the adjacent Gold Strike Two project in Yukon's Rogue Plutonic Complex near Snowline Gold Corp.'s Valley deposit, closed a second tranche of private placement financing, and changed its name to Gold Strike Resources Corp. to reflect its expanded focus on high-impact Yukon and Quebec gold assets.
