Business
Stallion India Fluorochemicals Ltd engages in the debulking, blending, processing, and sale of refrigerant and industrial gases in India. The company manufactures and supplies fluorochemicals including hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) such as R-32, R-410A, R-404A, R-407C, hydrocarbons (HC), and hydrofluoroolefins (HFO) like R-1234yf; it also provides prefilled cans, small cylinders, and specialty gases for applications in air conditioners, refrigerators, firefighting equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, automobile production, pharmaceuticals, medicals, glass bottle manufacturing, aerosols, and spray foam. Stallion operates four plants in Khalapur and Panvel (Maharashtra), Manesar (Haryana), and Ghiloth (Rajasthan), with expansion underway at Khalapur for semiconductor and specialty gas facilities and a new refrigerant debulking plant in Mambattu, Andhra Pradesh. Founded in 1992 through predecessor operations and formally incorporated in 2002, the company is headquartered in Mumbai, India. Recent developments include its initial public offering listing on BSE and NSE in January 2025, an August 2025 memorandum of understanding with the Rajasthan government for a 10,000 MT R-32 manufacturing plant in Bhilwara with INR 200 crore investment and commercial production targeted for July 2026, and a November 2025 interest-free promoter infusion of INR 45.74 crore from share sales to accelerate the Bhilwara project without equity dilution.
