Business
Stanley Lifestyles Ltd. manufactures, retails and exports luxury and super-premium furniture and lifestyle products in India. The company offers seating products including sofas, sofa-cum-beds, recliners, dining chairs, pouffes, bar stools and cushions; cased goods such as coffee tables, dining tables, end tables and consoles; kitchen and cabinetry products comprising modular kitchens, wardrobes, laundry units, bar units, shoe racks, prayer units and bedside tables; mattresses, beds and bed accessories like pillows; and personal accessories including footwear, wallets, handbags and perfumes. Stanley Lifestyles operates through brands such as Stanley, Stanley Level Next, Stanley Boutique and Stanley Boutique Homes, providing full home solutions to luxury residential customers via company-owned company-operated (COCO) and franchise-owned franchise-operated (FOFO) stores across India; it also serves original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) including IKEA, Toyota, Aston Martin and Mini Cooper. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India, with a 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, the company changed its name from Stanley Seating to Stanley Lifestyles Limited in October 2007 and went public via IPO in 2024. Recent developments include the launch of Stanley Boutique Homes as a sub-brand for complete luxury home solutions with its first store in Bengaluru in 2025; entry into international markets via an exclusive distribution and licensing agreement with Singer of Sri Lanka to open eight stores over the next three years; opening of seven new COCO and two FOFO stores in H1 FY2026 contributing 70% to total revenue; plans for a 100,000 sq. ft. super store in Hyderabad; and diversification into premium perfumes.
