In recent strategic developments, Star Paper Mills has entered a significant partnership with Heinzel Sales, a leading European pulp and paper trading group, to exclusively distribute its recycled packaging paper products manufactured at its Abu Dhabi containerboard facility. This new facility, designed to produce 134,000 metric tons per annum of high-quality recycled paper with a deckle width of 5.2 meters and basis weights ranging from 80 to 220 GSM, includes product lines like testliner, fluting, kraft top liner, and semi-kraft. Commercial production is anticipated to commence by Q4 2025, marking the company's expansion into international markets including the Middle East, Africa, and Central America. This distribution alliance represents a strategic move to enhance global footprint and reinforce Star Paper Mills’ commitment to sustainability and innovation in paper manufacturing.
