Business
Sucro Limited is an integrated North American sugar merchant and refiner, focused on sourcing, refining, and distributing both conventional and organic sugars across the United States, Canada, and the broader Caribbean region. The company operates through two primary segments: Trade, which handles sourcing, merchandising, and logistics management of sugar; and Services, which provides tolling, refining, processing, handling, packaging, quality assurance, storage, and related value-added services to the Trade segment. Sucro also delivers administrative, real estate, and storage and broker services within its integrated supply chain. The company owns and operates cane sugar refineries in North America and maintains a distribution network that sources raw and refined sugars from various Latin American origins to supply customers in North America and the Caribbean. Founding year is 2014, and headquarters are in Coral Gables, Florida, with corporate operations registered in the Cayman Islands. Sucro’s product portfolio includes SweetLife by Sucro Organic Cane Sugar (new granulated organic cane sugar offerings), granulated sugar, liquid sucrose, and various custom sugar solutions for wholesalers and food and beverage manufacturers. The company completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in its Sweet Life Services subsidiary in 2025, reinforcing its integrated processing and distribution capabilities. Sucro serves a diversified customer base across the food, beverage, and ingredient supply sectors, and maintains a production, sales, and sourcing network across North America to support its end-to-end supply chain. The company reinforces its market position through direct refinery operations, tolling services, warehousing capabilities, and a broad supplier network across Latin America to meet regional demand. Sucro’s operations include two cane sugar refineries and an additional value-added processing facility, enabling it to refine, package, store, and distribute both refined and raw sugar products to its customers. The organization operates under the umbrella of SC Americas Corp., with parent-subsidiary relationships that support its cross-border supply chain and market reach. Sucro’s strategic focus centers on expanding its footprint in North American sugar refinement, increasing its product lines in organic and specialty sweeteners, and strengthening its logistics and storage infrastructure to improve efficiency and service levels for wholesalers and manufacturing clients.
