- Volatility Shares Trust – 2x Sui ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that provides leveraged, daily exposure to the price performance of SUI, the native digital commodity of the Sui blockchain network. Trading under the ticker SUIL on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc., the fund seeks, before fees and expenses, to deliver investment results corresponding to twice the daily performance of SUI; it does not seek to achieve this objective over periods longer than one day. The fund does not directly hold spot SUI. Instead, it obtains exposure principally through cash-settled SUI futures contracts traded on CFTC-registered exchanges, held indirectly through a wholly owned Cayman Islands subsidiary; SUI-linked exchange-traded products; shares of other investment companies with similar exposures; exchange-traded options on such products; and SUI-referenced swap agreements. It also maintains collateral investments, including U.S. Treasury securities, registered investment companies investing in high-quality securities, and investment-grade corporate debt instruments, and may employ reverse repurchase agreements to manage exposure and support regulated investment company tax treatment. Under normal conditions, at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, are invested in SUI-linked instruments. Volatility Shares LLC serves as investment adviser and performs day-to-day portfolio management; the adviser and fund are headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The fund was launched and commenced trading on May 15, 2026, representing Volatility Shares’ expansion of its leveraged digital-asset-linked ETF range and providing U.S. market participants with a 2x daily SUI exposure vehicle. Its annual management fee and total annual fund operating expenses are 1.85%. The fund’s returns over periods exceeding one day can differ materially, including in direction, from twice the cumulative performance of SUI due to daily rebalancing, compounding, volatility, futures-market conditions, and contract-roll effects.
