Incorporated in 1986 and headquartered at Aman Chambers, Veer Savarkar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, the company develops value luxury and luxury residential properties offering 1BHK, compact 2BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments priced from Rs 10 million to Rs 130 million per unit; commercial offices on built-to-suit and boutique models; and integrated developments combining residential, retail and social infrastructure, having completed 42 projects encompassing over 1 million square feet while currently executing 13 projects spanning 20.34 lakh square feet and planning 18 more covering 9.01 lakh square feet. The company holds a leading 61% share in South Central Mumbai's redevelopment market, where it excels in tenant settlements for over 1,011 homes redeveloped free of cost, and relies entirely on third-party contractors for construction services. Recent developments include the launch of Suraj Aureva, a value-luxury residential project in Prabhadevi with Rs 120 crore gross development value; acquisition of a 644 sqm adjacent land parcel in Lower Parel for Rs 6.44 crore to expand the Ambavat Bhavan project, boosting its combined GDV to Rs 130 crore; launch of Suraj Park View 1, a 29-storey value-luxury tower at Shivaji Park, Dadar West, with Rs 250 crore GDV and 0.53 lakh sq ft saleable area; acquisition of a 390 sqm plot at Shivaji Park for Rs 4.75 crore to develop a sea-view luxury project with Rs 80 crore GDV; a Rs 500 crore preferential issue of equity shares and warrants approved in September 2024 for land acquisitions, working capital and corporate purposes; acquisition of a 1,073 sqm freehold plot off Lady Jamshedji Road in Mahim West; and in November 2025, announcement of a Rs 1,200 crore commercial project in Mahim requiring Rs 850 crore investment.
