Swiss Military Consumer Goods Limited (SWISSMLTRY.BO) manufactures, trades, and markets lifestyle products under the Swiss Military brand in India; its core offerings include luggage such as trolley bags, office briefcases, laptop backpacks, duffle bags, overnighters, and toiletry bags; travel gear and accessories; men's personal wear encompassing briefs, trunks, t-shirts, polos, joggers, shorts, towels, wallets, belts, pens, jackets, and hoodies; and home appliances comprising ceiling fans, mixer grinders, juicers, irons, choppers, egg boilers, hand blenders, kettles, sandwich makers, induction cooktops, OTGs, room heaters, rice cookers, toasters, and televisions. The company, founded in 1984 and headquartered at W-39, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi, India, distributes over 1,500 products through more than 900 multi-brand outlets, 3,000 retail shops including modern trade stores, and 15 e-commerce platforms, with 15 manufacturing partners and 1,000 dealers serving primarily the Indian market. It operates as a subsidiary of Anushi Retail LLP, with wholly owned subsidiaries including SM Travel Gear Private Limited, AAA Shenyang Container Seal Private Limited for RFID seal business, and a recent incorporation in fiscal year 2023-24 for expanded operations. Recent developments include a promoter takeover in September 2020 transforming the company from its former name Network Limited; full acquisition of AAA Shenyang Container Seal Private Limited in fiscal 2022-23; and an exclusive business collaboration agreement in May 2024 with Core International Co., Ltd. of South Korea to establish sales networks in Japan, Indonesia, and Thailand for luggage and travel gear sourced from its proposed manufacturing facility or third parties.
