Touchstone International Value Fund Class A (SWRLX) is an open-end mutual fund that seeks long-term growth of capital by investing at least 80% of its assets in value securities, primarily equity securities of large-cap companies in non-U.S. developed and emerging market countries; it emphasizes undervalued stocks across sectors including financial services (28%), consumer cyclical (14%), technology (12%), industrials (11%), and healthcare (8%), with top holdings such as Novartis AG, Alibaba Group Holding Ltd, Banco Santander SA, SK Square, and HSBC Holdings PLC; the fund maintains geographic diversification with major exposure to the Eurozone (24%), Japan (15%), emerging Asia (14%), developed Asia (12%), and the United Kingdom (10%). The fund, with total net assets of approximately $131 million and a net expense ratio of 1.26%, is available to U.S. investors through broker-dealers and financial professionals, featuring a 5% front-end load, minimum initial investment of $2,500, and daily pricing. Launched on March 1, 1993, and domiciled in the United States, it is managed by Touchstone Advisors, Inc., headquartered at 303 Broadway, Suite 1100, Cincinnati, Ohio, a subsidiary of Western & Southern Financial Group. In April 2024, the fund underwent significant strategic changes, including a name change from Touchstone International Equity Fund to Touchstone International Value Fund, updates to its investment objective and principal strategies to focus explicitly on value securities, replacement of sub-adviser Fort Washington Investment Advisors with LSV Asset Management (a quantitative value-oriented firm led by Josef Lakonishok and team, effective April 30, 2024), and portfolio repositioning that increased turnover. LSV's team, comprising Josef Lakonishok, Menno Vermeulen, Puneet Mansharamani, Greg Sleight, Guy Lakonishok, and Gal Skarishevsky (added March 2025), continues to oversee investments. Touchstone Investments, the fund's sponsor, has expanded its offerings in 2025 with launches including the Touchstone International Equity ETF (sub-advised by The London Company, March 2025), alongside strategic hires in RIA distribution and surpassing $250 million in ETF sales by mid-year, reflecting broader firm growth in active ETFs and mutual funds.
