Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (Suntec REIT) is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust primarily engaged in investing in income-producing commercial real estate and real estate-related assets. Its core portfolio consists of office and retail properties including Suntec City Mall and various office units in Suntec Towers One through Five, Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, as well as interests in office and retail properties located in Singapore, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Suntec REIT’s flagship asset, Suntec City, is one of Singapore’s largest integrated developments comprising approximately 820,000 square feet of net lettable area within retail and office segments alongside convention facilities.
