Business
Smart Shooter Ltd. designs, develops, manufactures, markets and sells computer-vision- and algorithm-enabled fire-control systems for small arms and remotely operated weapon stations. The Company’s SMASH product portfolio includes the SMASH 2000L (also referred to as SMASH 3000), a compact fire-control sight for precision engagement of static and moving ground and aerial targets; the SMASH X4, a four-power magnifying optic integrating target acquisition, tracking, ballistic fire control, an etched reticle and laser range-finding capabilities; SMASH 2000LE systems for counter-unmanned-aircraft applications; and the SMASH Hopper family, including the Hopper 5000, lightweight remotely controlled weapon stations configurable for tripod, fixed-mast and vehicle installations. Its solutions combine target detection, identification, tracking, image processing and ballistic computation to support “lock-track-hit” engagements and are designed for day-and-night operations, including against small unmanned aerial systems at ranges of up to 250 meters. The Company also provides counter-drone, force-protection and remote-weapon-station solutions for military forces, special forces, homeland-security organizations, law-enforcement agencies and infrastructure-protection users. Smart Shooter serves customers in Israel, North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and other international markets through operations that include Smart Shooter Inc. in Herndon, Virginia; Smart Shooter Europe GmbH in Mettmann, Germany; and SMASH Australia Pty Ltd in Barton, Australia. Incorporated in 2011, Smart Shooter is headquartered in Kibbutz Yagur, Israel. Recent developments include the completion of a Tel Aviv Stock Exchange initial public offering that raised approximately NIS 200 million, or approximately $65 million, in new capital; a June 2026 approximately $1.9 million contract from the Israel Ministry of Defense to supply SMASH Hopper remote-controlled weapon stations; the Company’s first U.S. Navy contract, valued at approximately $1.8 million, for SMASH 2000LE fire-control systems scheduled for delivery in the second half of 2026; a $3.4 million follow-on order from the U.S. Marine Corps for troop-level counter-drone solutions; and the introduction and demonstration of SMASH Hopper configurations integrated with radar and portable counter-drone systems employing remotely controlled assault-rifle effectors.
