Business
Tidhar Group Ltd. is a Israel-based real estate development, construction and property services company headquartered in Ra’anana, Israel, founded in 1993. The company operates across the full real estate value chain and provides initiation, planning, permitting, marketing, sales, construction, inspection and long-term warranty services for residential, office, commercial and industrial projects; it also develops income-producing properties, urban renewal schemes, logistics facilities and fit-out and finishing works, and is active in Israel and selected overseas markets. Recent strategic changes include the June 2026 initial public offering and listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, in which Tidhar raised about NIS 1.7 billion at a post-money valuation of about NIS 8 billion; in 2026 it also reported higher full-year 2025 sales and net income, while its first half 2026 results reflected increased operating volume alongside significant IPO-related expenses. The company’s recent operating developments also include the 2022 launch of a refreshed brand and strategy with sustainability as a central theme, and the 2021 establishment of Israel’s first pod factory for manufacturing wet rooms for company projects and external customers. Tidhar serves residential buyers, corporations and institutional clients, and it remains controlled by its founding management group, with Gil Geva among the co-founders and chairperson of the board.
