- Themes ETF Trust – Leverage Shares 2X Long TEL Daily ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified U.S.-domiciled exchange-traded fund designed to provide daily leveraged investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to 200% of the daily percentage change in the price of the publicly traded common stock of TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL). The Fund seeks to achieve its objective through investments in TEL common stock and financial instruments with economic characteristics that, in combination, provide two-times daily leveraged exposure to TEL; such instruments may include swaps, options and other derivatives. It invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in the underlying security and related instruments. The Fund is intended for sophisticated investors and active traders seeking magnified, short-term bullish exposure to TE Connectivity rather than long-term buy-and-hold exposure, as daily rebalancing and compounding can cause returns over periods longer than one day to differ materially from two times TEL’s cumulative performance. The ETF is sponsored within the Themes ETF Trust family and is managed by Themes Management Company LLC. Its primary product is a single-stock leveraged equity ETF providing exposure to TE Connectivity, a provider of connectivity and sensor solutions serving industrial technology, transportation, communications, aerospace, defense, medical and other end markets. TELG trades in U.S. dollars on Cboe BZX Exchange under ticker symbol TELG, has a 0.99% total expense ratio, and is associated with CUSIP 88340W442 and ISIN US88340W4428.
