- Touchstone ETF Trust – Touchstone Sands Capital Emerging Markets ex-China Growth ETF (Cboe BZX: TEMX) is a United States-listed, actively managed exchange-traded fund designed to seek long-term capital appreciation through a concentrated portfolio of equity and equity-related securities of companies in emerging and frontier-market countries, excluding China and Hong Kong. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of assets in such securities and focuses on companies that its sub-adviser considers to have above-average revenue or earnings-growth potential. Its investment offering provides exposure to growth-oriented issuers across developing-market regions and sectors, including technology, consumer, financial-services, industrial, communications and other industries, through generally 25 to 45 holdings. Touchstone ETF Trust serves as the issuing trust and Touchstone Advisors, Inc., part of Touchstone Investments, serves as investment adviser; Sands Capital Management, LLC, of Arlington, Virginia, acts as sub-adviser and applies a long-term, research-driven, bottom-up investment process emphasizing innovative, high-quality businesses, sustainable competitive advantages, earnings potential and industry leadership. TEMX commenced operations in February 2025 and began trading on Cboe BZX Exchange on February 26, 2025. The Fund is headquartered administratively through Touchstone Investments in Cincinnati, Ohio. Its principal recent strategic development is its February 2025 launch as Touchstone Investments’ first actively managed ETF providing emerging-markets-ex-China exposure and its second ETF sub-advised by Sands Capital, following the January 2025 launch of the Touchstone Sands Capital US Select Growth ETF; the launch expands Touchstone’s actively managed ETF platform and formalizes the firms’ continuing strategic distribution and investment-management collaboration.
