Recent developments include a landmark September 2025 firm order for up to 75 Boeing 787 Dreamliners (35 787-9s and 15 787-10s, with options for 25 more) marking its largest widebody purchase; plans for up to 150 Boeing 737 MAX narrowbodies; completion of Airbus A350 financing with Dubai Islamic Bank; expansion of codeshare partnerships such as with Icelandair; and strong 2024 financial performance with 2.4 billion USD profit from main operations alongside a proposed cash dividend.
