Business
Titan N.V., formerly TIE Kinetix N.V., operates as a holding company with no significant active business operations following the sale of its supply chain digitalization assets to SPS Commerce, Inc. in September 2023. Prior to the transaction, TIE Kinetix provided software-as-a-service solutions including the FLOW Partner Automation platform for electronic data interchange (EDI), e-invoicing, PDF-to-FLOW conversion, portal-to-FLOW integration, AP automation, pre-built ERP connectors, compliance tools, value-added network services, electronic archiving, and AI-powered supplier onboarding; these offerings targeted industries such as business services, food retail, telecom, banking, automotive, logistics, and consumer electronics, serving approximately 1,200 customers through subsidiaries in the Netherlands, France, Germany, the United States, and Australia. The company, founded in 1987 and headquartered in Breukelen, the Netherlands, completed the divestiture of all issued shares, subsidiaries, and operations to SPS International Inc., a subsidiary of SPS Commerce, for €68.35 million, after which it renamed itself Titan N.V. and became a subsidiary of SPS International Inc.
