Its operations are broadly structured around distinct divisions encompassing mobility, engineered products, and metal fabrication. The mobility solutions division offers a wide selection of bicycles and related accessories, ranging from standard models and advanced alloy and performance cycles to fitness apparatus. This segment caters to various consumer groups, including children, teenagers, urban adults, and competitive cyclists, featuring established brands like Hercules, BSA, Montra, and Roadeo. Furthermore, the company has expanded its reach into clean mobility through its subsidiary, developing electric three-wheelers and other electric commercial vehicles. The engineered products division specializes in producing cold drawn welded tubes, electric resistance welded tubes, and tubular components primarily for automotive applications. It also supplies large diameter tubes for hydraulic systems and heavy-duty vehicles, alongside a variety of special grade cold rolled steel strips. This division serves major automotive companies and has a significant presence in sectors such as power generation, boilers, and general engineering. The metal fabrication division manufactures and supplies an extensive range of products, including sheet metal components, industrial chains for automotive and industrial uses, fine blanked parts, motor casings, and agricultural blades. It also produces roll-formed car door frames and cold-rolled sections for railway carriages. Beyond these core offerings, the company provides industrial systems for power, oil and gas, cement, mining, and railway transportation. Recent strategic initiatives include ventures into TMT bars, truck body building, and exploring optical lens and vision systems for the automotive sector. The company also entered the medical technology space with the acquisition of Lotus Surgicals and established a subsidiary for contract development and manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Tube Investments of India maintains a strong presence through its network of retail outlets such as Track & Trail Urban, Track & Trail Sport, and BSA Hercules Rural, complemented by its online platform. The company actively exports its bicycles, tubes, and industrial chains to markets across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, reflecting its international footprint.
