Business
ETF Series Solutions AAM Todd International Intrinsic Value ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in equity securities, including American Depositary Receipts, of internationally domiciled companies trading on U.S. securities exchanges. The fund is advised through Advisors Asset Management and sub-advised by Todd Asset Management LLC, which applies a bottom-up, fundamentally driven process to identify undervalued international stocks with favorable valuations, fundamental strength, and market acceptance. Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the fund commenced operations on July 24, 2025 and listed on NYSE Arca under ticker TIIV. Its portfolio is concentrated in large- and mid-cap ex-U.S. equities across developed and emerging markets, with exposure spanning financials, healthcare, consumer staples, technology, and other sectors; recent holdings have included TSMC, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Banco Santander, ING Groep, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Barclays, Novartis, NatWest Group, KB Financial Group, ORIX, British American Tobacco, Itaú Unibanco, Alibaba, Manulife Financial, Yum China, and Petrobras. The fund’s latest publicly available disclosures show approximately $28 million in net assets and a management fee of 0.54%, with no 12b-1 fee. Recent company changes include the fund’s launch and exchange listing in July 2025, continued portfolio growth through 2026, and updated holdings and asset levels reported in 2026; no major acquisitions, reorganizations, or name changes were identified in the available public sources.
