Business
Titania Holding AB (publ) is a Sweden-based holding company engaged in real estate development, production, and management primarily in the Stockholm region. The company operates through segments including completed projects, ongoing projects, and other activities; it develops and leases housing and condominiums, acts as a general contractor, owns and manages investment properties, and builds and sells developed properties. Titania provides land acquisition services; project management including procurement of subcontracts, construction monitoring, and subcontractor dialogue; and property maintenance encompassing technical management, financial management, leasing, and fault reporting. Founded in 2005 and headquartered at Jakobsbergsgatan 22 in Stockholm, the company controls the entire value chain from urban planning and zoning to construction and long-term property management, with a portfolio including 732 residential units and standing assets valued at SEK 3.6 billion as of June 30, 2025. Recent developments include a directed share issue of approximately SEK 79 million in B-shares announced on November 27, 2025; an agreement to acquire property in Masmo, Huddinge for residential development in November 2025; completion of the acquisition of Parkgate Byggmastaren 2 AB for SEK 13.79 million on December 17, 2024; a SEK 975 million construction credit for a Huddinge project in October 2025; a new SEK 1.665 billion loan framework refinancing in September 2025; approval of detailed development plans for Hallunda gård in Botkyrka and Högsätra Kärnan on Lidingö in 2024-2025; a land allocation for 1,400 units in Södra Fornhöjden, Södertälje in 2024; commencement of construction on 414 homes near Huddinge in July 2025; and a property loan from Pareto Alternative Investments for Topasen 3 in Täby Park during the first half of 2025.
