The Automotive Technology division designs and produces advanced components, sophisticated systems, and automation solutions tailored for the global automotive manufacturing industry. Its Decarbon Technologies segment focuses on critical solutions for industrial decarbonization, delivering plant engineering expertise for the chemical, cement, and mining sectors, and specializing in large-scale water electrolysis technology for green hydrogen generation. The Marine Systems unit develops and constructs non-nuclear submarines, high-end naval surface vessels, and provides maritime electronics, with a significant portion of the business slated for an independent stock market listing. Through its Materials Services segment, the company acts as a leading distributor of various raw materials, metals, and plastics, alongside offering integrated supply chain management and processing services to industrial clients. The Steel Europe division is dedicated to producing premium flat carbon steel goods, innovative material solutions, and finished steel components, emphasizing sustainable production methods.
