Business
Tinexta S.p.A. (TNXT.MI) is an Italy-based industrial group providing innovative solutions for digital transformation, growth, and security of companies, professionals, and institutions; it specializes in digital trust services including certified email, digital signatures, time stamps, e-invoicing, digital preservation, and digital identity; cybersecurity offerings encompassing cyber risk advisory, malware and threat intelligence, digital forensics, incident response, deception technologies, secure communications, and national security systems; as well as business innovation services such as digital marketing, access to financing for innovation, internationalization support, and complex digital project management. Founded in 2009 by Tecno Holding—a subsidiary of Italian Chambers of Commerce and Unioncamere—and headquartered at Piazzale Flaminio 1/B in Rome, Italy, the company operates in 12 countries across Europe and Latin America with over 2,500 employees, serving small and medium-sized enterprises, large groups, financial organizations, government agencies, and critical infrastructure operators through subsidiaries like InfoCert, Yoroi, Defence Tech Holding (including Donexit, Next, Foramil, and Innodesi), Tinexta Visura, Forvalue, Co.Mark, and Enhancers. In August 2025, Tinexta announced a transformative strategic partnership as private equity funds managed by Advent International and Nextalia acquired a 38.74% stake from majority shareholder Tecno Holding, followed by a mandatory tender offer aimed at delisting to accelerate international expansion, innovation, and consolidation in digital transaction management; this builds on prior moves like the 2024 acquisition of Ascertia Limited to bolster global digital trust capabilities.
