- Nytex Composites Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based advanced materials company that specializes in the research, development, formulation, compounding, and distribution of high-performance engineering plastics, advanced polymer composites, and thermal management solutions. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in New Taipei City, Taiwan, with principal production facilities in Changhua, Taiwan, the company delivers customized material solutions for the semiconductor, automotive, telecommunications, electronics and electrical connectors, industrial power tools, energy storage, medical equipment, and consumer sporting goods industries.
The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of modified engineering polymers, high-temperature plastics, and eco-friendly compounds marketed under proprietary brand names including NYLOY, NYTRON, and NYFLEX. Its core product and service offerings comprise: polyamide compounds comprising glass-fiber-reinforced, mineral-reinforced, carbon-fiber-reinforced, and halogen-free flame-retardant Nylon 6 (PA6) and Nylon 66 (PA66) under the NYLOY M and NYLOY N series; high-temperature polymer formulations including polyphthalamide (PPA) and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) compounds; thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) materials marketed under the NYFLEX series; polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), and PC/ABS alloy compounds under the NYTRON and NYLOY D series; flame-retardant polypropylene (PP) compounds under the NYLOY P series; thermally conductive and electrically conductive composite plastics engineered for electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, and electronic heat dissipation; semiconductor-grade ultra-clean polymer compounds specifically engineered for wafer carriers, front opening unified pods (FOUPs), advanced packaging trays, and integrated circuit (IC) test sockets; sustainable and circular material solutions including bio-based plastics, biodegradable polymers, and post-consumer recycled (PCR) composite resins certified under ISCC PLUS standards; and specialized technical services encompassing custom color formulation, mold-flow computer-aided engineering (CAE) simulation, failure analysis, and physical property characterization.
Nytex maintains manufacturing and compounding facilities in Taiwan and Shanghai, China, complemented by sales, technical support, and distribution subsidiaries in California, the United States, as well as Dongguan, Xiamen, and Chengdu in China, and regional service operations in Vietnam. In recent operational developments, Nytex has executed a strategic expansion into semiconductor supply chains and artificial intelligence infrastructure. The company established a strategic supply partnership with semiconductor carrier manufacturer Gudeng Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. to develop high-purity composite materials for advanced process wafer carriers, reticle boxes, and Chip-on-Wafer-on-Substrate (CoWoS) packaging trays. Nytex has also expanded commercial output of flame-retardant and thermal dissipation materials for AI server backup battery units (BBUs), high-frequency 5G/Wi-Fi 6 networking equipment, and electric vehicle battery systems. In addition, the company expanded dedicated cleanroom compounding production lines at its Taiwan manufacturing base and received approval to transfer its public share listing from the Taipei Exchange Emerging Stock Board to the Taiwan Stock Exchange main board.
