(AMG) founded in 2000 and headquartered at 75 Rockefeller Plaza, 30th Floor, New York, New York, the fund targets institutional investors, including corporate pension plans, endowments, foundations, public pension plans, and Taft-Hartley plans, with a minimum initial investment of $5 million for Class Z shares. The investment team, comprising experienced professionals with an average of 23 years in the industry and 13 years at TimesSquare, employs a bottom-up, proprietary fundamental research process tracing its roots to 1984. Portfolio managers include Grant Babyak (since 2000), Kenneth Duca (since 2006), David Ferreiro (since 2024), and Greg J. Vasse (since July 1, 2025).
